Popular singer Mikha Singh rendered his voice for this song.In Quick Gun Murugan (being made in Tamil and English), Rajendra Prasad plays the central character of a Tamil person with a cowboy get up. He fights for vegetarianism and takes on the powerful villain who advocates non-vegetarianism. Nasser plays the role of villain. The film encourages non-vegetarians to become vegetarians.
The movie has been conceptualized on the lines of typical westerns in vogue in the 1970s, of course with a few tweaks here and there to adapt it to local tastes and modern perceptions. The actor claims it is one of the most novel roles he has performed in his 32 year acting career. The distribution rights of the film have been bought by 20th Century Fox.
