Sunny Leone as the queen of seduction in and as ‘Leela’

After a gap of one year, Sunny Leone is back to seduce you into the theatres with her latest film Ek Paheli Leela. The Ragini MMS 2 sizzler plays triple role in this musical thriller directed by Bobby Khan.

The actress will be seen as a dancer in the modern world, a village belle of the past and a royal princess. The suspense thriller is peppered with foot-tapping music and some sizzling acts by Sunny. Given the hotness quotient of the trailer, it seems, the film is going to be racy affair.

Touted as 'muscial thriller', the film will have Sunny dancing to reworked version of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's hit song 'Dholi Taro' from Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'. Sunny will also be seen performing a semi-classical dance for which she trained with veteran choreographer Saroj Khan.

SATYA 2 -ONE MORE SENSATIONAL SEQUEL -RAM GOPAL VARMA

Sharwanand As Don Satya Sharwanand, who has already proved his mettle, has full scope for his role as don Satya and he has delivered a brilliant performance. He is very mature in actions and suits the role to a T. He carries most of the film on his shoulders. But it should be said here that viewers had lot of mercy to the don in Satya, but this new one seeks neither wrath nor sympathy of the viewers. Blame the scriptwriter for it.

Anaika Soti As Satya's Lover In Satya, Urvasi, who played the heroine, had good scope for her role and she had delivered memorable performance in it. Whereas Anaika Soti, who appears as Satya's girlfriend in Satya 2, has nothing much to perform, but she impresses you in song sequences. Aradhna Gupta has played a special role. She tries her best to steal the show in her brief appearance.

Satya (Sharwanand), is an aspiring don, who enters the scene with different ideology. Without having any big pertinent contacts in the city, he dreams to take over the underworld mafia. As a first step in this direction, he solves the problem of RK and Businessman Lahote (Mahesh), who is afraid of another don Sangi and police officer Bharathi, and becomes a reliable member in his gang. How does he become a frightening mafia? How does he start a highly influential Company? Answers to these questions will form the crux of the story.

Picturisation of Satya 2 Satya 2 has moderate production values and Vikash Saraf's cinematography is the main attraction in the technical front. Although Vikash relies on RGV's trademark camera angles and close-ups, some of his shots like Eagle view camera angles are sure to impress you. He has also done good job in picturisation of song sequences.

Satya 2 Music Besides story, another big reason for the success of Satya was its soundtracks. Especially, the song 'Goli Maro Bheje Me...' is popular even today. But Satya 2 hardly has any impressive tunes. Amar Mohile-Kary Arora's background score is good to certain extent, but it appears to be loud in some parts

Other Technical Stuffs In Satya The dialogues in Satya were another reason for its success. Satya 2 has also good dialogues, but they lack the punch of Satya. The action choreography is commendable. Other departments like art direction, costume design, make up works are also good. But the editing is not upto the mark. Jerin Jose should have trimmed certain dragging scenes and made them crispier.

For the first time, Aishwarya Rai addressed the media on her birthday outside her residence Janak in Mumbai on Friday. During the press conference, the Bachchan bahu told reporters how Aaradhya made her birthday special.

"It's the most special experience when Aaradhya sang Happy Birthday to me," she said, adding, "She sleeps very late like all of us. She was awake at that time and she sang Happy Birthday to me on Friday midnight."

"I taught her to sing Happy Birthday song, but she feels it is her birthday so she said Aaradhya!"

"She first wished herself like she did with paa (Amitabh Bachchan) and then she wished me," the former Miss World added.
When asked what Abhishek gifted her on the 40th birthday, she said "I think we will leave to Abhishek to share. But of course he has given me a gift."

Aishwarya Rai also said that Aaradhya is the best gift life has given her. "But for life I think the biggest gift is we can have Aaradhya in our life."

Aishwarya Rai, touted as one of the most beautiful woman, celebrated her birthday with just family and close friends. With several events and endorsements, Aishwarya has been busy travelling with Aaradhya and therefore, they were not able to spend time with family.

The title track, Chennai Express gives you a nostalgic feeling, and why not? It is crooned in the melodious voice of southern singer SP Balasubramaniam. He comes back to Bollywood with this one after a long time, and how! The music is edgy and peppy, making you give a miss to the sometimes off-the-track lyrics.

A dubstep version of Titli is a must listen. The combination of a Bollywood romantic track, some south Indian beats and dubstep, this experimental song is music to the ears, literally! Kudos to the composers for this fusion track.

Movie Review-Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani-Youthful Entertainer

Film: Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani
Cast: Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Kalki, Farooq Sheikh
Director: Ayan Mukerji
Rating: ***

There is no denying, however, that Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is gorgeously filmed, the locations are eye-popping, and the guys and dolls that people the tale are a bunch of attractive people.

The two lead actors, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, do make a fetching onscreen pair. And they are well complemented by Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin.

The song and dance routines, no matter how foot-tapping they are, do not quite possess the kind of infectious energy that can offset the clichés around which they are wrapped and turn the film into something more than just superficially enjoyable.
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is a bright, breezy and brassy film designed for easy consumption. What it certainly is not is ballsy. For all the big ideas about life and the dilemmas of youth that it tosses up in the air over a runtime that’s 20 minutes shy of three hours, it always opts to play safe, vacillating between thoughts of rebellion and acts of conformity.

The characters spout familiar platitudes to each other: live your dream, get a life and move on, stop pitying yourself and learn to love thyself…We have seen and heard it all before.

In the first half of the film, four happy-go-lucky school buddies with superficially defined traits reunite to go on a trekking trip to Manali and beyond.

Bunny (Ranbir Kapoor) is footloose and dreams of exploring the world. Aditi (Kalki Koechlin) is wild and fancy-free. Avi (Aditya Roy Kapur) is a drifter happy to blow up his cash on cricket bets.

Naina (Deepika Padukone) is the odd one out. She is a bespectacled and sedate medical student. She joins the gang in an act of impulsive defiance but cannot break away from her neuro-immunology textbook even as the rest of the traveling party live it up on the road.

By the end of the adventure-filled sojourn through the ups and downs of the undulating landscape, each of the four is transformed a little, but only to go his/her way.

Eight years later, one of the two girls in the group, Aditi, decides to marry a straight-laced engineer (Kunaal Roy Kapur) and her old friends descend on a resort in Udaipur for the grand betrothal.

And like they did the first time around, they come and go talking about love, friendship and the need to grow up even as they consume a whole lot of liquor.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is a mix of Dil Chahta Hai and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, with dollops of 3 Idiots thrown in for good measure. It is all served up in a Karan Johar-style concoction where the backdrops – both indoors and the locations – are infinitely more expressive than the inner worlds of the young characters.

The impulses of the quartet of friends, who predictably include one couple that is on the verge of a lifelong relationship but are either unable or not keen enough to express their love for each other, are hardly explained in logical and convincing terms. As a result, the fragmented storyline hurtles forward only in fits and starts.

The heroine is head over heels in love. The boy she is smitten with is averse to making a commitment. The girl is unable to communicate her true feelings. So you know exactly what the outcome is going to be. They will keep crossing each other’s path until true love is found.

Director Ayan Mukherji, who gave an impressive account of himself in his debut film, Wake Up Sid, appears to have allowed the skills that he displayed the first time around to go into deep slumber.

Not that Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is a sleeping pill. It is not. But it could certainly have done with a little more narrative verve.

Do make it a point to get into your seat before the show begins. Madhuri Dixit’s item song plays out ten minutes into the film. Watch Ranbir Kapoor match steps with the still-lustrous diva and you know why this guy is special. Watch Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani for him.

Kai Po Che- Super Hit Film -2013

Kai Po Che! is a moving portrait of friendship, loss, forgiveness. Working from Chetan Bhagat's best-seller The 3 Mistakes of My Life, co-writer

Kai Po Che opens well at BO, collects Rs. 4.5 crore on opening day

and director Abhishek Kapoor lovingly constructs camaraderie so deep and abiding that you know it must be splintered. Ishaan, Govind and Omi, three middle-class boys in Ahmedabad, are swept away by currents beyond their control. Great horrors unfold and yet, when the deeds are done, a sense of redemption remains.

The story begins with the three -Ishaan played by Sushant Singh Rajput, Govind played by Raj Kumar Yadav and Omi, played by Amit Sadh - embarking on their first business venture, a sports shop with coaching facilities. Ishaan was an aspiring cricketer but like thousands of boys in India, his talent was lost in the maze of selectors and politics.

He morphs into a hot-tempered but unusually generous coach. Govind, the cautious and brainy one, keeps a strict eye on the finances - the other two call him baniya. And the loutish but unquestioningly loyal Omi, serves as the financer. He manages to routinely extract money from his uncle who is a political leader in a right-wing Hindu party. Ishaan's star pupil is a scrawny Muslim boy. We are a few months away from the Gujarat riots. You know that no good can come out of this.

Abhishek Kapoor's biggest accomplishment is that he and his writers have created three-full bodied characters - these boys with their towering ambitions and aching vulnerability, are people you and I know. And then, most critically, he has also found three wonderful actors who inhabit the characters wholly. Sushant, Raj Kumar and Amit become Ishaan, Govind and Omi. Their lack of stardom works in their favour (though I'm fervently hoping that post release, each one becomes a sought-after star). We believe them. We partake in their joys and struggles. Kai Po Che! is beautifully shot by Anay Goswamy but it's not glossy. You can almost feel the sweat and dust of the narrow lanes. And the icing on the cake is the song Manjha by composer Amit Trivedi (who has also sung it) and lyricist Swanand Kirkire. It has a sweet melancholy that reminded me of Kirkire's other gem, Baanwara Mann (from the 2003 film Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi).

What doesn't work as well is the screenplay. There are stretches in which the film slows down enough to make you restless. In places, the narrative is jerky and not fully convincing - the boys recover from a big financial blow with little stress. I also found the Gujarati dialogue a little distracting. Kapoor's portrayal of the Gujarat riots doesn't lacerate you like Rahul Dholakia's Parzania or Nandita Das' Firaaq. This version is far more comforting and palatable. But perhaps that is not such a bad thing.

Kai Po Che! is Gujarati for "I've cut". It is used as a cry of victory in kite-flying contests. Here victory is hard-earned and tinged with tears and regret. But it's also deeply satisfying.

Download -ABCD- MP3-Songs-READ-REVIEW

The first time I heard the title of his new movie, I asked Remo D’Souza, can anybody [and everybody] dance? But you get the response while surfing television channels: Dance-based shows have become a prerequisite for the programming department of most channels. From kids to young couples to even senior citizens, these dance-based shows feature just about anyone and everyone with the passion for dance. There’s no ‘age limit’, frankly. Come to think of it, music and dance are an integral part of our culture and day-to-day life. We love dancing, don’t we? Dancing on the streets, during weddings, birthday celebrations, festivals… we also break into a dance when India wins a crucial cricket match against a strong opponent.

Bollywood doesn’t have the tradition of making out-and-out dance-based movies, like Hollywood does with amazing regularity. At a point of time, B. Subhash did attempt a film or two starring Mithun Chakraborty [DISCO DANCER, DANCE DANCE]. Also NACHE MAYURI, featuring Sudha Chandran. But ABCD – ANY BODY CAN DANCE is the first of its kind that’s set against the backdrop of a dance competition. Does it ring a bell? Does it borrow from the STEP UP series? Perhaps, Remo may be motivated by the Hollywood film franchise, but he Indianizes it well enough, garnishing it with emotions that we can identify with and of course, choosing some of the best dancers for pivotal parts, besides casting Prabhu Dheva and Ganesh Acharya. Plus, this one’s in 3D.

Of course, there are hiccups [more on that later], but the triumph of the underdog, if attempted with conviction, seldom fails. And ABCD – ANY BODY CAN DANCE does have its share of moments that work!

For Vishnu [Prabhu Dheva], dance is more than a passion — it’s the reason he lives! So when he finds himself thrown out from the dance academy he himself set up by his manipulative business partner [Kay Kay Menon], it feels like the oxygen has been sucked out from the air he breathes. Heart-broken, Vishnu decides to give up dance and leave Mumbai forever.

However, the night before his departure, he witnesses a most amazing sight — a group of raw talent preparing for the upcoming dance competition during the Ganeshotsav. An annual festival that pits Mumbai’s best dance groups against each other. Watching the amazing dancers helps Vishnu arrive at a decision. He decides to take this disparate group under his wing, help them overcome their personal rivalries and past demons and turn them into India’s best dance squad!

Here is a look at some of the successful, controversial and most talked about second marriages of Bollywood.

1. Saif-Kareena

Saif married Amrita Singh in 1991, even before his career began. Amrita was already a successful actor then. They separated in 2004. Saif and Kareena started dating in 2007 and finally got married in 2012. Kareena is good friends with Sara and Ibrahim, Saif's children from his first marriage.

I Have FeViCoL Connections With All Khans -Kareena

Actress Kareena Kapoor says she loved the rustic lyrics of 'Fevicol se', her latest item number in " Dabangg 2", and is sure that her niece Samaira is also going to love it.

Samaira is Kareena's sister Karisma Kapoor's daughter. The song is sung by Mamta Sharma and choreographed by Farah Khan.

"I loved it. My BBM (BlackBerry messenger) status will also be 'pata le mujhe missed call se', I think it's fun and everybody is going to be talking about it," the 32-year-old said on the sets of "Bigg Boss 6" where she launched the song.

"I am sure Samaira is going to be singing it because she loves all these fun, masala numbers. She is quite filmy in that sense. I am really happy that she will be dancing to it," she added.

Kareena, who is married to actor Saif Ali Khan and has worked with Salman, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, says she has a special connection with all the Khans of Bollywood.

"I think I have a 'fevicol' connection with all my Khans, of course my husband Saif (Ali Khan) being first," she said.

"With Salman there has been 'Bodyguard', with Shah Rukh there has been 'RA.One', with Aamir there has been '3 Idiots' and now 'Talaash'. I think I am a very, very lucky girl," she added.

Aamirkhan -Kareena- Rani-Talaash -Movie Trailer-Watch

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, who is known for releasing his much-awaited films during the holiday season, is betting on a work-day Friday for the opening of his upcoming thriller Talaash.

Theater owners are happy with the response Aamir Khan's forthcoming film 'Talaash' is receiving. Apparently, the strong buzz around the film has helped the promoters of the film in getting a healthy pre-booking. The multiplex owners had started the advance booking on November 25, five days ahead of the scheduled release of the film. This shows the confidence of the makers who are leaving no stone unturned in getting a good opening for their film on a non-holiday Friday.

"Owing to strong buzz and humungous inquiries from patrons, we opened the advance booking for 'Talaash' on Sunday pan India at all our Cinemax multiplexes," said Girish Wankhede, national marketing head, Cinemax India Ltd., in a statement.

"The response was quite amazing as we were able to book around 700 tickets on the very first day. Lot of corporate bookings and bulk bookings are also happening. We are very upbeat and foresee another big blockbuster," he added.

There have been reports in the past of tennis player Sania Mirza’s friendship with Sonakshi Sinha. Now, it seems, the two caught up in Dubai, where Sonakshi was shooting for Dabangg 2. A friend close to Sania says, “The cast and crew of Dabangg 2 were filming in Dubai for a few days.

And Sonakshi asked her friend Sania, who lives in Dubai, to meet her at a mall as they were filming inside.” Right after her visit, Sania even went on to tweet: “Spent the day wit Rajjo and Chulbul Pandey on sets of Dabangg2 today @sonakshisinha looking pretty as ever,u need to teach me how to pose:) (sic)”

This isn’t the first time the two decided to catch up. The friend adds, “Last year, Sonakshi received a special invitation from Sania to watch her play at Wimbledon. But due to her packed schedule, Sonakshi couldn’t make it. Now Sania has asked Sonakshi to be there at the Australian Open. This time, in all likelihood, the actor will be there to cheer for her friend.” Sania is apparently even close to Salman and his family. Earlier this week, she was reportedly spotted entering Galaxy Apartments (where Salman and his family live), before she flew to Hyderabad.

The friend adds, “It seems, they might have arranged a pre-birthday celebration for Sania (her birthday was on November 15).”

Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Son Of Sardaar headed for Rs 100 crore club

Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son Of Sardaar opened together on Diwali day (November 13, 2012) and both have managed a grand opening. Trade pundit predicts that the movies' box office collection will cross Rs 100 crore mark.

Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif starrer Jab Tak Hai Jaan was released on 2,500 screens and it has reportedly collected Rs 15.23 crore all over India.

The Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha and Sanjay Dutt starrer Son Of Sardaar collected Rs 10.72 crore from 2,000 screens in the country.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh says it is the "best Diwali for Bollywood".

"In mass circuits, Son Of Sardaar is ahead and at multiplexes, Jab Tak Hai Jaan takes a lead. As per early trends, Jab Tak Hai Jaan is ahead of Son Of Sardaar in India. But, both are winners at the box-office. This is the biggest and best Diwali for Bollywood. The business of Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son Of Sardaar will be the biggest ever," Taran Adarsh tweeted.

"Son Of Sardaar is doing well in single screens and Jab Tak Hai Jaan is doing well in multiplexes. Looking at the reports, I am sure Son Of Sardaar will pick up and do well in a couple of days," he added.

There has been a lot of pre-release buzz around both Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son Of Sardaar. Plus they have the advantage of festive occasion and extended weekend to mint more money.

Anant Verma, director and business head of DT Cinemas, told IANS: "Both the films have opened well with almost equal occupancy at our cinemas. We gave equal capacity and almost same number of shows to both. We are looking at a decent occupancy till Sunday. Friday morning shows will dip a little, but overall till Sunday all cinemas will do well. Families, youngsters and couples are coming to watch Son Of Sardaar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan ."

SKYFALL- MOVIE REVIEW- 2012

The new movie invests much effort in making the principal characters feel like real people with fully fleshed-out lives.  Another first is that the remainder of the British government, largely invisible throughout the series, finally asserts itself and starts asking hard questions about what M and her merry band of licensed killers have been up to.  It is perhaps fortunate that the long-running series was rebooted with “Casino Royale” (… or was it?  Check out the little surprise Bond has tucked away in a London garage!) because otherwise it would be hard to believe Bond hasn’t been brought before a subcommittee before, to explain the approximately $7 trillion worth of property damage he’s inflicted around the world.

There are some nice stunts in “Skyfall,” including a hypnotically beautiful scene in a Singapore skyscraper surrounded by electronic billboards, and an opening chase scene that drives home just how determined James Bond can be to complete a mission… even if he has to lay waste to half of Istanbul to do it.  The hand-to-hand combat scenes are an interesting contrast to the high-powered martial arts of the “Bourne” series.  Daniel Craig’s Bond fights without elegance or sophistication; he simply destroys anyone who gets in his way, and there’s nothing pretty or sophisticated about it.  Tangling with him is like fighting a gorilla in a $5000 suit.

Unfortunately, the plot of “Skyfall” is rather pedestrian, it drags on a bit longer than it really needs to, and it’s actually cribbed from the generally superior Pierce Brosnan outing “Goldeneye.”  A renegade double-0 agent is angry at MI-6 for betraying him, and has launched an elaborate plot for revenge.  In this case, the villainous ex-agent is primarily interested in personal revenge against M for betraying him, and you can see where he’s coming from (as well as the reason she made the decision that enraged him.)  As played by the great Javier Bardem, the villain is flamboyant, psychotic, surprisingly late to the party – he doesn’t appear until halfway through the movie – and nowhere near menacing enough to justify the great build-up the script gives him.  He’s described as something akin to the Angel of Death – one character’s hands literally shake at the mere thought of him – but he turns out to be more like a super-computer-hacker with a sick sense of humor, and he minces a bit too much to be scary, although his first scene is marvelously well-acted and creepy.  He never really seems like much of a match for James Bond, as Sean Bean’s twisted 006 was in “Goldeneye.”

And the new movie could have used a few scenes of Famke Janssen crushing dudes with her thighs.  It feels like there needs to be a physically threatening “sub-boss” villain here – the role Janssen handled in “Goldeneye” or Richard Kiel became iconic for playing in “The Spy Who Loved Me.”  Alas, Bardem has to make do with an army of disposable thugs, who seem remarkably comfortable with the way he treats them as being disposable.

A bit too much of the crazy fun has been bleached out of the Bond formula to make the Craig films feel somewhat more realistic – there’s even a scene in “Skyfall” where the new Q haughtily informs 007 that his department doesn’t really do cool spy gadgets anymore.   The finale is a deliberate deconstruction of the wild, wonderful ninjas-assaulting-a-volcano finales from classic Bond films; it’s low-tech and unglamorous, which doesn’t mean it’s not exciting, but the writers of “Skyfall” are pretty obviously telling you to get over your hunger for orbital lasers and scuba-diving armies.

During interviews to promote the new film, Craig has said he thinks the groundwork has been laid to make a nice volcano headquarters work for the next film’s villains, without losing the gritty “Batman Begins” flavor he’s been shooting for.  That’s something to look forward to.  The table has been set for Craig’s version of James Bond to really come into his own after the enjoyable, occasionally provocative, nicely performed, but ultimately not quite top-shelf “Skyfall.”  It’s better than it’s predecessor, but not quite as good as “Casino Royale.”  It is, however, good enough to make the promise that “James Bond Will Return” in the end credits sound like a date movie fans will want to make.  And not since the glory days of Shirley Bassey has anyone belted out a Bond theme song quite like Adele.  She should have the Bond opening credits to herself for as long as she wants them.
